Just a week before this protest Scottsdale Fashion square was damaged and a state-wide curfew was put into place.

Armonee Jackson, hosted a protest on Sunday in Scottsdale to show it is possible to have a peaceful protest and many of the community supported her along this march. Over 2,000 people came with signs and heard the words from this amazing leader that is doing everything she can to bring awareness to racism and demand justice.

The protests continues to bring more people together and the photos show as they fill the streets sidewalk to sidewalk. During this march, many people laid on the streets of Phoenix for 8minutes and 46 seconds.

Social media is taking a big part of this movement on many platforms as many people bring awareness to racism in this country.

The work continues, and everyday I become a little more hopefully. I want to thank everyone who has reached out to me this week. I never expected sharing my own resources, I would be the one to look at for more answers. I can tell you I struggled this week, and did everything from A to Z in the way one person can do to help make a difference. I am here if you need to talk to someone. I am not an expert, nor is this my fight but I stand right beside those in the front lines of this.

We can not all be there physically, but we can all play our part. We can inform our family and friends to support and VOTE this November!
